Full job description
This role is for a very detail-oriented person with excellent communication, flexibility, efficiency and experience overseeing multiple areas of production. The position will cover daily graphic design, print operations, and production of actual product. Experience with graphic design is required and applicants must be fluent in Adobe Suite.
Operational role includes but not limited to:
- Prepare new digital designs, layouts and proofs for company use and customer approval
- Interpret orders, design requests and work flow needs
- Maintain consistency and quality control through repetitive processes and tasks
- Confirm finished products meet specification
- Operate digital printers, cutting equipment
- Load and unload materials from printers
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
Required Responsibilities:
- Proficient with graphic design and layouts in graphic software programs (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) - Experience Required
- PrintingPress Pro Extreme is a Plus
- Use manual and electric cutting tools or equipment
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Organized, punctual and good work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Work in team environment and assist in other areas as needed
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Understand and follow all company rules and regulations
- Ability to stay on task, multitask, prioritize and work through repetitive processes
